Website and waitlist terms

These terms cover this website and the Sillo waitlist. They do not cover the Sillo application, which has its own terms when you create an account there.

What this website is

This website describes a product that is still being built. Descriptions of what Sillo does are statements of intent, not guarantees, and may change as the product develops.

Joining the waitlist

Joining the waitlist means giving us your email address so we can contact you about access to Sillo. Joining does not create an account, does not guarantee access, and does not commit either of us to anything further. You may ask us to remove your details at any time by emailing hello@sillo.ai.

What we collect here

The signup form collects your email address and, if you arrived through someone else's invitation, the referral code in the link. We also record a limited technical record of the request so we can prevent abuse of the form. The privacy policy explains how this is handled.

Referrals

If you share your invitation link, signups that use it are counted against your code once each. Duplicate or repeated signups from the same address are not counted again. Referral counts are informational and do not create any entitlement.

Acceptable use

Please do not submit addresses that are not yours, attempt to overload or probe the signup form, or copy the site's content and present it as your own. We may refuse or remove signups that appear automated or abusive.

Content and trademarks

The text, design and branding on this site belong to Sillo. LinkedIn is a trademark of its owner; Sillo is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn.

Availability and liability

This website is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. The effective date above tells you when the current version took effect.
